The only thing that we liked about this venue was its proximity to the venue of the event we were attending.
Our aircon was not working, the room was deathly hot, however when we opened the window there were so many mosquitoes that we could not sleep at all. It was not a pleasant stay at all. Bathroom smelled horrid and the staff did not seem to be too interested when we gave them feedback.
Will not be booking there again.

I loved the exceptional and friendly service from the staff.
The size of the room is very spacious.
The breakfast and dinner was top-tier.
I ended up extending my stay ws a result.
Its a perfect place to hide away and or refresh.
I wouldn't mind a bench at the foot of the bed and maybe more seating.

. My room was big and spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
My room was next to reception and the eating area and the staff were loud at night. I also found it distasteful that i had to pay for a cappuccino during breakfast

Nice large room. Friendly staff, snacks in the room ( great touch !!) Comfy large bed. Cute balcony off the room. Modern furnishings. Very neat & tidy
Pillows not great ( the one was too big & hard, other to small & soft). Wish we had fresh milk for our coffee. Dimmer switch on overhead light would have made for better lighting

My room was close to reception, the bar and eating area. I could hear all the noise of people checking in eating and drinking from the bar...was really unpleasant

Your staff and facilities are beautiful, but you can improve on variation on your breakfast offering. Take into consideration that breakfast is the important meal to start the day with.
I was impressed about almost everything except of course about breakfast issue I mentioned above.

It is close to the wedding venue, Artelier.
Although the staff went out of their way to make a plan for a ramp at the garden villa, the reception and dining room area is not at all wheelchair friendly.

The hollandaise sauce on my eggs Benedict was awful. I ended up having no breakfast.
The whole "you have to buy snacks, food, alcohol etc from us" instead of a grocery store is absolutely annoying because they obviously have a price hike. And im a paying guest! So let me decide for the love of God.

It would be lovely to have full length mirrors in the rooms especially considering that it’s in the same premises as a wedding venue so guests (especially those attending weddings) should be able to check their outfits in the mirror
