Great and friendly staff. Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Front desk offered to hold on to my room key while I was out so I didn’t have to worry about it, which was great. Felt very secure.
Just wish I had a do not disturb sign for the door so I didn’t have to keep telling house keeping they didn’t need to come into my room.

I liked the attention at the reception desk from Neiker, Vanessa, Jackeline and John. The breakfast was great every day I took it, really nice variety. The location was perfect because right in the same street you had two economic restaurants to eat at. I worked from 9am to 6pm so my hour lunch was pretty easily covered with great food. They even had Bandeja Paisa as one of their dishes on a Friday. I can go on and on, all-around a good stay!
The cleaning ladies except one just mopped the floor. The other lady broomed it first and then mopped it. I would have liked better lighting in the restroom.

The breakfast was nice, the tv was large and it was clean
The outside door is not automated in late night and it’s written that it has a gym (when it doesn’t)

The breakfast was nice and they had a good selection each day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was good.
It was a very noisey hotel. We did not get 1 good night sleep due to the noise coming from the lobby each night. Also the walls/floors are not very sound proof. On our last 2 nights there were large crowds in the lobby that made it feel like we were sleeping in a busy bar... We had a second reservation booked here but cancelled due to our experience. There is no door between the lobby and staircase so the noise travels all the way up.
