The room was nice and the breakfast exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager quickly and efficiently solved the problem with my booking. The guesthouse is near walking distance from the sea front and various shops.

The house looks already beautiful from outside, but the decoration inside is really stunning visible in a lot of small details. The room was very clean and I was received by a very friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptional nice.

No space in the room like a proper table. Also the parking is outside. Nothing happened to out car, but it looks like it has only 3 parking spots outside and if u come late, u need to park on the street as it happened one night.. The parking is definitely not clearly stated when you read the facilities of the hotel before booking.

Having to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. But I will request a ground floor room next time.

This lovely historic building has been converted into a very comfortable and attractive B&B,retaining interesting features and adding more modern touches where necessary. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable,with nice linen.The staff were very friendly and helpful, from Chelsea meeting and greeting,to the late night security guard escorting us inside.Breakfast is served in a very attractive frontroom - a nice selection of cereals,fresh fruit etc plus a choice of hot meals.A nice touch was serving my tea in a silver teapot! We enjoyed our stay,short as it was.

Be prepared to park on the road,in the cul-de-sac (there is security) Wall heater in the bedroom didn't work

The bathroom needs a bit tending to - floor lifting a little bit however it was still clean and tidy otherwise

Excellent advices by Sven. Everything was wonderful....not only the sightseeing as well the nice food places recommended. Don't miss Lion's Head at sunrise...it is just 12min driving starting point and will not be disappointed. Breakfast unbelievably good👍

many sounds heard from people walking. Had to Tip toe around as to not disturb other guests.

Easy to find and David was very helpful when we arrived in pouring rain.

Tea and coffee facilities in a wardrobe with ,my clothes hanging over cups and kettle. Breakfasts less than expected but quite tasty.
