The staff were so welcoming & friendly. Good air con & comfy bed. Location was great. Cleaner was excellent

Switched rooms 3 times because the rooms smelt like cigarettes Hotel is a bit dated needs freshening up

Great property great location friendly staff but definitely get a room with breakfast included you go round the corner to their sister hotel on the 13th floor. Great views of the city service is good. Food is excellent.

Don’t really like their brand of coffee in the room

The staff were exceptional, that is all staff. The Breakfast was delicious, with a great range.

the floor in the room was a little "worse for wear" but that's it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The shower in the room was perfect. The wifi is good enough for working online and video meetings.

I booked this hotel because online it says it has a rooftop pool and a restaurant. The rooftop pool was out of operation and there is no restaurant or bar in operation. If I'd known this before I booked I would have booked a different hotel that actually has the facilities it states. Instead we were directed to a hotel 5 minutes walk in the street behind to use the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar there. The pool downstairs needs a proper clean, my kids and other guests complained it had a strange and unpleasant smell. The pool downstairs is out of bounds after 6pm which again is disappointing especially after a long journey and arriving at 7pm..No pool, no bar, no food!
