Hotel Ristorante Casa Volpi

This is an old stately villa with a large park that has been converted into a hotel, giving it its own unique charm. Nestled in the countryside in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes by car from Arezzo. There’s a bus stop nearby. The room features a spacious bathroom with a shower stall and a bidet. Spacious room with simple furnishings, a metal-framed bed and nightstands, and comfortable mattresses. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast is included and good, with both sweet and salty options available. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the restaurant, as it was closed. The staff was courteous and attentive, offering helpful suggestions for visiting Arezzo and the surrounding area (including where to find parking).

Not a negative point, just an observation. Since it was the end of the season, some minor damage left by careless guests is inevitable; management is aware of this and repairs are already planned. The staircase floor appears slightly damaged, but it’s likely being prepared for replacement or repair.

Great restaurant, friendly owners, clean rooms

A bit dated, we had to wait till exactly 15.00 to check in (could be a bit more flexible)

Unterkunft mit italienischen Ambiente sehr feines Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Grosser privater kostenloser Parkplatz. Frühstück italienisch einfach aber gut und genügend.
