Que at reception , perhaps add 3rd person at peak times. , reception were very friendly and helpful

Wonderful hotel for rest and retreat. Great staff, rooms, location, cleanliness, the food is amazing. Love the greenery around the pool, private areas surrounded by planting… that’s this place’s usp.

We have stayed 6 times now and unfortunately this time was disappointing even though we had an upgrade , the room was totally chaotic nothing worked they have tried to put too much into a too small room there seems to have been a big staff change as well and unfortunately the present staff are nowhere near as happy and helpful as the previous staff , the hotel needs a good facelift inside its looking g very tired brilliant guy on reception a young guy been there for a while and Isobel in the bar area brilliant but that aside staff just did not seem to be happy

All as above and if it is high season as the rates would suggest why no entertainment? 40 euros a night for one small dog with nothing put in the room at all bed bowl etc lucky we bought our own , also we choose this hotel as normally very good attitude towards dogs but this time not allowed in the dining room with the dog had to sit outside previously no problem with the dog sitting with us in the dining room , and lastly but not least a terrible cheap toilet paper provided , cutbacks !!!
