El hotel es muy bonito. Los apartamentos son excepcionales y dejan hospedarse a animales también. La señora que nos dio las llaves fue muy amable.

Nos gustó todo, aunque está algo alejado del centro si vas caminando.

The bed is not a full bed but two twin beds put together. this was very uncomfortable. please, get a full bed for the apt. Also, the kitchen didn’t have a tea kettle or a coffee maker. it would be great if you added both.

1. situated in a cute and quiet area of the city 2. the apartment was clean and well decorated 3. the contact person, namely Pilar was friendly and at our disposal for whatever we needed 4. close to the Alcazar

1. the bus stop situated nearby was surprisingly not so convenient to use as we rarely so one. So, as my mother has a reduced mobility we used taxis because they are not so expensive. If you can walk then count 25 min to the aqueduct or 20 min to Plaza Mayor. 2. in apartment 4 there are steep stairs to access the bedroom. So, check which room you will get if that could be an issue. 3. the table in the living room is not really meant for people to eat on it, rather it’s a coffee table. As we planned to have breakfast at the apartment, it wasn’t comfortable.

Absence of kettle

Beautiful duplex apartment at the foot of the Alcazar. Nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Easy on street parking. The electric fans were welcome as the bedroom upstairs was quite warm. Fantastic being woken up to hot air balloons overhead! This was our second visit and wouldn't hesitate to return.
