Very warm people smooth check in and check out. They upgraded the room and gave a suite real value for money.

During check in always should give option to customers for upgrading the room.

5 star hotel in Kolkatta with all amenities of true 5 star hotel. They still ordering between-flight stays from airlines so this is still high-class. Also if you interested they have very good bar

Staff calling me in afternoon after check out and he took key from me that whether you are checked out. Very poor response

Breakfast is not up to the mark.

I requested the manager to provide me a room with a good view and I was provided with it.. Even the shift manager called me up and asked if everything was good.. They couldn't provide me with the beer that I was looking for so they allowed me get my own drink from outside. They even allow outside food. Smooth check-in and checkout without any hassle. I was really happy with my stay. I could compare or say this because on the next day I stayed in the Peerless Inn kolkata and it was horrible.
