A beautiful apartment with excellent attention to detail.

It is on quite a big hill. Kept us fit though.

The property was luxurious with lots of small touches robes, slippers, coffee etc around. And Nevia was always on hand to be contacted and left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. The views from the back of the apartment were nice and you could watch the sun set. We were able to leave our stuff in the garage when we arrived early which was very useful; having the upstairs loft room with a bed meant we had three bedrooms but obviously not a lounge which was fine and suited us and our family.

The property is luxurious, but to be honest all the clutter just collects dust and the apartment isn’t the cleanest. We booked as the description said two bathrooms, there was only one which was quite small and a VERY small toilet with a sink. The outside of the home does not reflect the inside; tatty awning over the balcony and the bar stools on the other have seen better days. The main balcony over looks the car park which isn’t great. Can’t imagine anyone using the sun bed . The garage whilst useful is quite small and can be difficult to get out of if there are other cars in the car park. The pool area needs some work, a lot of the sun beds are broken and there is no shade around the pool whatsoever. The location isn’t too far in distance from one side of cavtat. The steep hill brings you down to the Epiduras hotel, the sheer hill should be mentioned in the information before booking as to be honest until we managed to find a taxi company this spoiled our evenings out. We are all quite fit active people so for some this would’ve been impossible. I must say as well, as I have just read another review, we also got accused of taking the key from the safe which want the best way of leaving a holiday waiting at the airport.

Beach Towels and Robes were very thoughful

On arrival, we were asked not to use a window as the handle was broken, there was also a security box but no key was issued, which wasn't too much of an issue for us initially. But much to our surprise, on our return home we recieved a request to pay for these items (broken handle and missing key). On the first day we spotted quite a large cockroach in the living area in the loft which put us off going up there again There is no shade in the pool area throughout the day. Perhaps a parasol would be useful? On day 3, we had not expected the host to let herself in while we were out (with hindsight, we probably should have been able to lock our valuables away) and brought in the patio furniture and left it in the middle of the kitchen, which made us feel quite uneasy when we returned to find it there. As there were so many of us, the wait to use the shower isn't usually as long when we stay in properties that have multiple showers, designed to accommodate larger numbers of guests. On the way to the airport we were asked to take the rubbish bins to the dumpster 5 minutes walk down the road because the cleaner doesn't include this within her duties and the host said she'd need a car to do this herself. During our stay we had been walking our rubbish bins down to the dumpster without issue, but having to do this with all of our luggage, children and on the way to catching a plane added an unnecessary stress.

Exceptional apartment!!!This is the best place we have ever stayed and more luxurious then some hotels actually. Nevia was very professional and kind. Everything was new and very tastefully decorated. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and cotton sheets. We really liked Netflix and charming living room on the top.Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need 😀We enjoyed preparing our breakfast and coffee machine was a big plus!!!Bathroom got a large shower with plenty of hot water,toiletries and towels.Location is great, just couple min walking distance from the centre.Private lockup garage was handy too, Nevia helped us organise rent a car and she was very helpful with all other informations.We wish to come again in the season and we would definitely recommend it!This is a beautiful apartment and awesome host!!

Excellent staying!! A++++ From the moment I made a reservation to check in and check out everything went great! The host Nevia is amazing! She gave us a lot of recommendations and was very attentive to all we needed during our stay. She organised a day trip for us and a car transfer. Penthouse is stunning!! Decorated so beautifully and luxurious! We loved how spacious the shower was, the extra large bedrooms and the stylish living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need during your stay! We loved the coffee machine and really good quality of the coffee was provided. The Centre of Cavtat is very close to the property and we enjoyed tasty food in nearby restaurants and walking on nearby beaches. Town Dubrovnik is just nearby and we can't wait to be back in summer when we will be able to enjoy the pool and swimming on local beaches... Excellent location! We will be back!

It was an excellent apartment to stay with children. Everything you can think of was available as if it was your own home. The decor beautiful and the host always readily available if needed. The store up the road was very handy and so too was the location to get the bus.

Location being up the hill made it difficult to get to on nights after having a few wines and dinner in Cavtat. Satellite was advertised as being available but was not. Didn’t bother me but it was around the Australian grand finals and my husband wanted to watch!

Nice to have pool access - great fridge (with ice :-)

No signage - very strong perfume smell when first arrived
