Immacately clean a 300 years old house located in the heart of the old town of Chania, with perfect location near the port, lots of family runned restaurants and bars. We had all we needed for our stay - nothing missing! Eleni is really kind and welcoming host!

We loved the house. It is a very old original that has been very nicely renovated. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and we enjoyed very quiet sleeps .
Parking is not easy ,mainly because the volume of cars in the area exceeds available spots. A car is t needed in Chania itself but we had come from Heraklion and needed a car to tour the island

The flat is clean and in a great location.
1. Limited hot water supply: there was not enough hot water to allow for 4 people to shower when and how they want. Before 10am there was almost no hot water at all. For the price we paid, it is reasonable to expect to have sufficient hot water on demand, regardless of time of day.
2. Toilet leaking sewage water. The owner insisted at first that there was no leak, and finally when faced with the video of sewage pouring out, she insisted that the leak was clean water not sewage, despite the terrible smell. Although the leak was fixed during out stay, we could not use the bathroom for half of our stay.
3. The owner did not want to accept that there was a problem either with hot water or with the leak. She told us previous guests did not complain, and then got agitated and aggressive, started shouting and stormed out of the flat. At no point did she apologise for the inconvenience caused or her behaviour.

The location has got to be the highlight! The property sits on a small street in the Old Town, minutes from the main harbour and 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach.
The house itself is very pretty, with a balcony upstairs as well as a table and chairs on the ground floor. It was very clean and the fridge was stocked with beers and water which was a nice addition!
Eleni was incredibly lovely, being easy to contact throughout our stay to answer any questions, and despite our 3 hour delayed flight she stayed and waited until 2am for us to arrive so she could let us in and show us the place.

The location was perfect and the apt was spacious and very well decorated.
Master suite is on the 3rd floor so you must like to climb stairs.

A nicely designed and decorated maisonette, balcony on the upper level, well equipped kitchenette, a/c, ceiling fan on lower level, free wifi. Excellent location in the pedestrian area of the town, next to the harbor and all the restaurants. Friendly lady host, gave us recommendations what to do and where to go.
Bed was a bit small for me and not very comfortable. Bathroom was on the small side too with a tiny sink due to limited space.

I love that it is in the old town but not really in the midst of all the activities. Perfect location for us. Only a very very short walk to the fine restaurants, supermarket and shops. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was excellent. And to cap it all, we had a rooftop balcony with view of the water. Great spot to relax with a fine wine after a day’s “touristing”. The apartment was very well equipped, very good use of space and pretty much everything you need is there, including some refreshing beers upon check in!And lastly but surely, it has to be mentioned that Eleni was a great host. She was there to greet us, gave us all the recommendations and checked on us for whatever we needed. It made our stay all the more comfortable. We would go back and stay at Casa al Boca if given the chance to visit Chania again.

Eleni the host was lovely. The apartment was tastefully decorated had everything we needed.
It was located on the edge of the Old Town ( not in the thick of things) and easy to reach.
Although there was street parking and a free lot nearby, finding a spot was sometimes a huge challenge particularly in the evening. We circled around for 30-45 minutes several evenings.

Beautiful apartment, kitchenette with all accessories.
The location is amazing: two minutes walk from the promenade, next to the pedestrian zone with cafes and restaurants. Eleni answered all our questions and helped us with the PCR test.
There is compressor noise from a nearby apartment.
There is no place to leave our luggage after checkout (problematic if the flight is in the evening).

Amazing place in the heart of Chania old town, beautiful traditional interior, Eleni was great and provided us with everything we needed.

Apartman has a really good location. It was clean and has a good atmosphere as you live in the old downtown. You can sit front of your apartman on a quiet street and watch what is happening there. Eleni waited us with a wine and rose as she know that we went there for our honeymoon. Next to the apartment, there is a really good breakfast/coctail bar. We had our breakfast everyday by them as they have many breakfast options.

If you want to stay at chania old town there is nothing better then this house. Great location super close to the harbor and the old town.
Eleni the host was fantastic gave us plenty of good tips and was always available for anything that we might have needed.
Very nice house. Can get a bit hot in the room in the summer but the AC works perfectly so nothing to worry about.

Excellent location, the vibe and artistic touch of the apartment rendered our experience amazing - the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day at the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and Eleni was kind and responsive to us.

Eleni was lovely - the apartment was perfect for us (but maybe not if you're of a larger build or struggle with stairs). Clinically clean, and in a beautiful and surprisingly quiet location - we would love to revisit.

Warm welcome from our hostess and plenty of tips for our stay. Great apartment, very well decorated, well located in the old town and next to the beach. Free street parking is available nearby and easy to find. The communication was very smooth and we particularly appreciated that the hostess immediately spotted something that we have forgotten and supported us with retrieving it. We definitely recommend it!
