My room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I missed were face towels, which I'm learning must be an American thing. Luckily, I brought my own. A breakfast buffet was included in the price, and it had a nice selection of items. I appreciated having a fridge to store my insulin. I had one little hiccup, but the matter was handled promptly, efficiently and with grace. The staff was exceptional and very kind. The hotel was about two blocks from a very nice mall. As bustling and noisy Nairobi is, the hotel was very quiet, especially in the evening. I would stay there again.
I ordered a ribeye in the restaurant, and it was pretty bad. When I complained to my server, she suggested that had I ordered it medium-well it probably would have turned out better. Not the way I would have handled it; to the manager's credit, she was very apologetic and did her best to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. This was one incident, and in no way would it stop me from staying there again. My server wasn't disrespectful and this was probably a learning experience for her.

I totally loved everything about this resort!!! From the minute I walked into the lobby and spoke with the front desk, so sweet, so helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff could not have been more accommodating. The rooms, the restaurent, the staff, the beautiful swimming pool, the restaurant and bar. Centrally located in the Westlands! Exceeded my expectations!
It was perfect for me. L
