The property was ideally located for all the local amenities. The decor was very good and the furniture and beds very comfortable and clean.
Only downside was parking as there is no allocated space, but there were spaces available nearby,

Good location. Property is clean and the facilities are just what we needed. Good value for money
Maybe need new equipment or furnitures. We were cooking and suddenly the knife handle broke. It probably was quite old.

The location of the property is very good for walking, parking is on the street and we had no issue with finding a space although I can see this may be an issue as it’s a residential area.
The Nest thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, it seemed to permanently reset to 9 degrees, not too bad in September but this would be an issue in the winter, the loft room was particularly cold, also the bin situation is confusing, I contact the property regarding this but go no response which wasn’t helpful.

Good value for the price. Good location.
A few items and fixtures could use some maintenance. The main bedroom light wasn’t working, and the front door lock was quite worn and a bit tricky to lock. The management also sent us the wrong lock box PIN, which we only discovered after arriving.

"It is a fabulous place to visit, we had a lovely time together.
The cottage is very charming and located only 3 minutes from Llyn Padarn."
