The location

Mattress on bed was a bit uncomfortable

The location is truly in the middle of the plaza which we liked and found convenient for lots of cafes and shopping. Loved the service and breakfast delivered to our room daily and they accommodated an early breakfast one day for us since we had early plans ( breakfast is 0800 - 0930), but they brought it at 0730 since we requested. Very lovely lady for breakfast but never saw an receptionist hardly. (Once upon check in and once upon checknout) The plaza and location are wonderful and staff nice and AC in rooms.

Since we ordered a "suite" (Benevunito, which I thought was more upgraded with 3 beds), we didnt get any views of the plaza as it was located on the 4th floor with no views whatsoever more like the tower with windows to trash areas, it has no lift which the website does say but we did book through booking and I am not sure if it mentioned that. Not good for older people or with issues going up and down stairs or large luggage ttravelers. I know it doesn't mention no views whatsoever foor the suite location. No inner courtyard view of anything. So disappointed, as I was expecting a view from our window of the plaza at least for the price we paid. We only needed 2 beds and thought that a lower level should be available for that with a view. Didnt understand that the suite was only top floor,, our room windows views I have shared below for other travelers awareness. I feel there should be a note in that room selection of no views of plaza for awareness on hotel website and third party websites. Our selection stated inner courtyard views.. Also, be advised no taxi service in the plaza. They can get you close to the plaza (about one street down) but not go into plaza due to historical area and tourists.

AMAZING location! View of the city is so surreal. Fantastic staff and delicious breakfast. I am missing the cappuccino sorely on this first morning without it. The AC was surprisingly fantastic, we actually got cold and had to turn it down (I say that as a huge positive, of course). Actual place itself held more culture and hominess than a standard hotel. Loved the huge bathroom and shower with lots of different heads/modes! Bed was soft. Plenty of pillows provided. Scent in the hallways was magical and enhanced our stay. Overall, absolutely a steal of an experience. Book this and treat yourself to the piazza view.

Upon deep reflection on trying to find something wrong... The fridge seemed to not work properly (though this did not affect us), and I do wish the breakfast could be had earlier for our earlier morning starts but not a deal breaker.

It is very noisy and one night we barely slept as it sounded like a nightclub was very close by. Room was far too warm also
