The location was fantastic, the apartments were nicely furnished. The staff was wonderful! Vanessa was one of the highlights of our trip. She gave us fantastic service, answered any questions we had, and recommended so many things. She even had a map for us where she recommended must see places, must try food, and churches. She recommended a restaurant where, according to her son, has the best lasagna besides her own. It was the best lasagna I ever had.

Vanessa was the best! She made everything comfortable. From a smooth check-in, to generously helping to book water taxis for our sunset cruise and heading back home, to giving valuable tips to making our exploration more enjoyable. It helped that the hotel had a private water gate & dock and close to all. Loved that the apartment was super spacious with sufficient supplies. The sunshine gets into the rooms but we're happy we had a comfortable sleep. Highly recommended.
1 toilet for 4 adults. Freezer couldn't handle an ice cream.

Everything was great, starting with our host to the spacious living area and most important location. Taxi service right at the front door, no lugging luggage around Venice streets. A/C was cold, Hot water was hot, those who know Europe know exactly what I mean. I would there next also.
Honestly can’t think of anything.

The property is in an excellent location within San Marco and is easy to access using the Orange line directly from the airport.
Lots of space within the property and the hostess could not be more helpful.

"Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Vanessa. Wir wurden über den besten Weg zum Flughafen informiert und bekamen zahlreiche Empfehlungen wo man in der Umgebung einkauft oder essen geht. Das Superior Appartment..."
