The room was cosy and clean. Good extra too, Ritual toiletries, sleepers, show polish, iron board and iron available in the room and more. The breakfast selection is very tasty, the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the team was great too. I have some food allergies and they were very accomodating and caring. Lastly, the location is perfect, very well serviced by public transport and taxies.

The hot water in the shower took a bit long but overall everything was great.

Bardzo przyjemny i czysty pokój (typ Superior z łóżkiem queen-size) wygodne łóżko oraz mięciutkie poduszki - naprawdę można w nim odpocząć. Ładna, bardzo czysta łazienka. Zestaw kawowo-herbaciany na dobrym poziomie. Pyszne śniadania, każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przyjemna sala śniadaniowa.

Oczekiwałabym co prawda dźwiękoszczelnych okien (tu jedyny odczuwalny minus), poza tym pokój cichy i spokojny, reszta to kosmetyczne braki. Obsługa hotelu - szczególnie recepcja - miła, młoda kadra, jednak potrzebuje jeszcze nieco hotelarskiej finezji w obsłudze klienta.
