breakfast was not very good. the water in the shower took a long time to heat.

The hotel staff at reception were very nice and friendly and made us feel very welcome, a great service at breakfast time too, a variety of buffet style options to choose from each day. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, the fact that there is a little pool for the kids made a real difference for us as we have younger children. We were visiting from the UK and stayed here for 7 nights, hotel is clean and spacious. Lovely views from our balcony, good size rooms for a family of four and a bonus to being able to use the fridge every day especially when you need cold drinks and water in the summer heat. Location of hotel is superb. Near Konyalti beach which is a short 10min walk down and the museum is just next door. You also have two different tram links which is a quick 5min walk from the hotel, trams take you into Old Town City Centre which is a real hot-spot and other main locations. Very happy with our stay at this hotel, would come back and stay here again for sure! 😊

The bathroom was really disappointing, the fridge was old and not working properly, the light bulbs were broken. The carpet was dirty and broken. I was really disappointed with the hotel. The wifi wasn’t working in the room only you could get service for 5-10 minutes after that you need to connect again... I won’t come back again!
