Apartment was clean. Location good, short to supermarket, grate distance to down town, grate information about how to get the keys, what parking I have, use the wifi, what to do on the departure, how to got the bus. grate amount of a towel for 7 days.
I had only one trash bag for 7 days, no table cloth, no light above the sink (burst bulb). I got to little info. about recycle trash. but that did not affect my joy to stay at Two Bed - Close to North Station and Hospital. I will definitely come back to see if they have fix my negative comment.

Location was brilliant, short walk to local amenities and town centre. Appartment was a good size, easily enough space for a family of 4.
Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was poor which was disappointing after reading previous reviews. There was also extremely loud music and singing until 11.30pm somewhere close in the appartment block which kept my children awake. I did give feedback and received quick and friendly responses from the accommodation provider and they did their best to rectify the situation although the cleanliness still wasn't satisfactory after the cleaning team came in for a second time.

Location great near Colchester station. Small walk to town or you can get taxi or bus. Apartment was great, clean, warm, quiet beds and pillow very comfy.

This apartment was excellent, I and the people I stayed with would all most definitely stay again.
Comfortable amount of space for four people.
Incredibly close to North station (5 min walk, at most) and about a 15 min walk into town.
The facilities were very good: water pressure and temperature on the shower was very good; comfortable beds; clean bed linen; plenty of towels; excellent WiFi connection; TV with access to traditional channels, YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime (if you log in); good quality oven and a well equipped kitchen.
When I emailed the company, they were very prompt and thorough with their reply. Check-in was all online and keys are picked up from a lockbox, the company emails with all the information in advance to make this process as effortless as possible.
There was very little I didn't like and none of these are gripes that would stop me from staying here again.
The carpets were a little dusty, but there was a vacuum cleaner in the cupboard to sort this out.
The shower screen could do with being fixed into place, because the water sometimes leaked onto the bathroom floor.
My main suggestion would be that the secondary bedroom could do with a little bit of storage space, a couple of shelves on the wall or a small chest of drawers by the foot of the bed.

Great 2 bed apartment, perfect for what we needed(to drop youngest off to uni😢). Will definitely stay when we come up to visit her again. Thank you Zion for the fab communication. We are really sorry but after we left I realised we had left the black sack of rubbish in the kitchen- we both thought each other had done it! Apologies.

It was like living as you would at home. Beautifully presented and close to shops and pubs

Location ok keys were in lockbox so easy to get to.
There was stains to bedding that should have been changed. This was the only problem which shouldn’t happen.

The flat is in a very nice and quiet area, luxurious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the shower works pretty good, shampoo and shower gel for all stay, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen...we felt like home! We fully recommend this flat, is one of the best in town. I don't think you can find a better place in Colchester. Good value of money
