The room was in excellent condition. Bright lit. Clean and comfortable.

Due to flyover construction and one way restrictions. You had to take a big U-turn to reach the apartment.

Spacious room, has a wardrobe , good mattress, good toilet and shower.

Room we had was in the basement which was not clear during booking. However the owner gave us a call to explain and offered us to view the room before confirming. We took the room after viewing as we were only staying for the night. Walls are not thick as you could hear people talking outside.

So clean, cannot have imagined such cleanliness and clean white linen and good quality matresses... it had a wonderfully maintained kitchen, fridge, washing machine... the host was super helpful and friendly

Harshith was very helpful and one of the best hosts I have met. This was also my first trip to Mangalore and was worth staying here.

Great service provided by suvarna grande homes - Staffs were really helpful.The property is in the city of mangalore, was neat and every facility informed was available, spacious and worth every penny.the room was very pleasant and it was cozy and clean. We felt it was really safe for the family to stay. On my next stay, I will definitely check into suvarna again.The price performance ratio is very good, reasonable and affordable.

Hello, We always try to find a nice Service apartment instead of a hotel on every trip we do and after staying in many hotels of this kind we are 100% sure that Suvarna Grande Homes was our best choice. The location is very close to the heart of the Mangalore city and safe. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough with lot of facilities like washing machine, refrigerator, Ac in both the rooms, WIFI, Lift etc to feel comfortable even for a long stay for a group of people. The owner and hosts are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown. Thanks
