No towels and phone at the room

The rooms were quiet and clean. The towels were clean. The location of the hotel was very near to transport accessiblity., hospital, medical store ,bus and taxi services and 2 wheeler rental services .

There were not toiletries other than soap. A tooth brush,paste and comb would be beneficial.

We were not charged even though we did late checkout by 4hrs.

Location is a bit far but the rest everything is okay.

property is not at all good, there is no clean and hygiene maintenance services of the room. as soon we enter the room there was a cigarette smell and no ventilation in the room. the window was locked by the staff, so no ventilation at all. morning staffs were polite but in night when check in the staffs were too busy handling guests. no room boy service so every time I have to get down to reception and ask for what I want. that was really pathetic coz they don’t even have a landline to call them. small parking space which can accommodate 2-3 cars which we didn’t get. my stay was with breakfast but they didn’t provide the breakfast and when I ask them for it they said we are not providing any breakfast. while checking they made me to wait for a while sine they told the hard copy of the ID card is mandatory even though the photo was shown. wifi was a joke here.

It's a very good hotel, I would recommend this for budget stay.

We stayed in Room #309, it was a way better room when compared with the initial room we were allotted which was room 314.

The initial room 314, felt very low and shabby. The bed spread had dirt patches and the walls were very dirty. the wall colour had turned black from white, it felt as if somebody had kicked the wall with their sandals.
