Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had some altitude sickness in Cusco and they offered oxygen! Hotel is in very good condition with very good breakfast. Quick walk to the Plaza Mayor and nice restaurants are nearby.

TV may be a bit small?

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very kind and they helped us through every need we had. 100% recommend, also considering the position (next to plaza de arms, the city center).

Location was not very good. The area is undergoing transformation, looks quite squalid and dilapidated and is rather far from the city center. The building is small and packed, not comfortable overall. I got a very noisy room. The noise woke me up every morning around 5 am. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with the main dish either cold or missing altogether, cold or lukewarm coffee, poor choices, no pastries. There is poor sound insulation, so you hear the kitchen noises while you are having breakfast. The dining area were breakfast is served was freezing cold in the morning.
