The location and the washing machine.

The furniture was what you might find in a dorm room. Very basic, we did not use the couch. The shower was awful, it got the bathroom and toilet wet as the shower head could not be adjusted. The kitchen was great. Loved the location in the Gothic Quarter.

The location was top! Unbeatable! The bed was comfy and there was a highchair and baby bed provided. We could check in an hour earlier after I messaged them and the lockers are super helpful.

It wasn’t very clean. I don’t know when the floors were last mopped- we got black feet from walking around barefoot every time and was very dusty. The pool on the roof was not clean and everything looked so run down. The pool was the reason we booked this one but were disappointed.

Location, modern apartment

Couldn’t get in on arrival. A problem with the electronic locks. Maintenance had to be sent for. Meantime our luggage and us were waiting in the street alongside other guests who couldn’t access their accommodation. No access to roof terrace or pool for 2 out of 3 of our days. Very late notice. Didn’t have confidence in central locking of doors
