Nothing i won't being using again if I ever go back to turkey

Only WiFi is in the lobby and was spotty at best, room was very dirty , gym was not accessible as it said on the website, took them 2 days to change my room and ended up in another room with a dog barking next door all night long

Location - within walking distance to the centrum

The staff some was excellent and tried there best to make our stay enjoyable but I found the senior staff was not helpful. Not 1 person spoke English had to call a friend to come assist when tryna communicate. Not wheelchair accessible at all ramp too steep, bathroom not accessible as when tryna shower the water would come out into the room( see photos below). When tryna inform management they couldn’t understand but they where in formed. Toilet seat broken This has put us off for future stay and recommending to anyone else

Like i previously mentioned, it is a really nice & busy hotel. The pool is an added bonus. Everything is near by. A very busy place all day & most of the night. I travelled there on my own & could walk a ease at night without the fear of being mugged. I really enjoyed my stay.

Unfriendly staff. They tried to charge us even though we paid on booking. One of the worst coffee I've ever had! 4 stars? Didn't even have a hair dryer. Don't recommend!

Location perfect staff wer very helpful loved my stay there and definitely stay again
