Lovely relaxed feel. The staff super friendly especially Francis who is an absolute gentleman. Pool was extremely clean
Only 2 things
Heavier curtains needed in rooms as the sun rises and shines directly into room around 5/5.30 am also need better quality mattress but other than that everything was excellent

The apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. There was lots of hot water. The air conditioning worked great. The manager, Mamood, was excellent and looked after our every need. He arranged our airport transfers and they worked seamlessly. We were leaving in mid afternoon and Mamood arranged things so we could leave our luggage in the room. until we departed. Mamood was always available to call us a taxi and helped us with running the washing machine. Our drying rack was broken and Mamood replaced it immediately. I can’t say enough about the level of service Mamood provided us.
Everything was great and there was nothing to complain about.
