the location was very nice, it was very accessible for the 3 of us having a fold out couch.

there was quite a few stains on the floors and even blankets which was abit upsetting was we paid a fair amount

The location was great, the apartment was sufficient for what we required.

The view was of the windows of the adjacent apartments.

The location was central. The mall and food courts were very close to where i stay.

Loved the location. If the apartment furniture was updated, it would have been a really nice stay.

The couch was broken, one bed had the wrong size mattress, and the other bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle. The shower had mould in the grout. The shelf in the living area was barely just hanging there. Also the kitchen wasn't equipped with a full set of cutlery.

The location was great. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was not clean. The staff were quite helpful however the response time wasn’t amazing. We struggled with feeling comfortable in the room. Room was not at all what we were expecting for the price we paid. Pans, cups and cutlery was dirty.

The Lobby was the nicest area of the apartment. The location was great as we could walk everywhere.

The apartment was unclean, walls were scuffed and dented, carpet pulling (first thing you see when you walk in), lounge and cushions were unbelievably dirty, actually they were gross. The glass and touch screens were heavily marked with finger prints and filth. I'm pretty sure there was a young child's booger smeared on the window glass too. The shower was mouldy and there was hair on the walls. Not even the bench top was clean. For a two bedroom apartment there was only one two seater lounge and one dining chair. Was not comfortable at all. Very minimal cheap furniture, not sure what the $500 deposit is meant to cover. The building entry was lovely and then you open the door to disappointment. The key was bent and didn't even work. The reception downstairs is unable to help as this apartment is not managed by them. Very over priced for what we got. The photos advertised are not that of the room, the view is of neighbouring buildings and the apartment patios. You could just see the river and the story bridge between two buildings. Highly disappointed in our stay here. I would of added more photos if it allowed..

The toilet seat looked like it had been stained by a past visitor with fake tan a long time ago. Would have been better if this was replaced. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location.

Was told the keys would be dropped off on arrival but was only given keys to one apartment, no staff on site so had to call and was then told the key for the second apartment had to be collected from a convivence store down the road. Not a huge deal but could of been better communicated to avoid confusion. Booked both apartments together and they couldn't of ended up further away from one another. Had to enter the building on complete opposite sides of the building and only way between was to come out on to the street and walk around using separate lifts to get between, again not the worst but would of been nice to know before booking that this may be the case. The lifts at one entrance were also out of order constantly during our stay, a lot of the time only 1 of 3 was operating and never saw all 3 working at once. This made for some long waits and always a busy/full trip to get to the room on the 40th floor. Both rooms could have been cleaner, a lot of stains all over the carpet. One apartment had no tv, just a bracket, the other had a tv but no antenna lead so was useless. If the chairs weren't already broken and shoved in the bedroom closet then they weren't far from it. Shower in one apartment had a completely blocked drain which took some work to fix to be able to use it. Apartments have potential but seemed to lack maintenance.
