Neben dem tollen Strand haben Sie 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Garage für ein Auto in der Nähe der Marine Ave. Zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Fahrradverleih. Sehr sauber. Neue Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände einschließlich aller Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtuch, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm. Große Terrasse mit neuem Grill und Gartenmöbeln. (Dies ist neu auf dem Markt, weshalb es noch keine Bewertungen gibt). Der beste Ort auf der Insel Balboa!

Loved our stay. The house is very clean and cozy easy walk to all. We had a great time enjoying the island and playing games as a family. Looking forward to next year.

We have stayed at numerous locations on both big and little Balboa and found this North Bayfront location fantastic! The house is very much as shown, clean and well appointed for both adults and kids, plus GARAGE parking!
Pat, the owner, was most gracious and attentive to our needs. The North Bayfront is a little quieter for paddle boarding and swimming, PLUS, downtown is just around the corner. Bravo, thank you Pat!

We lived our stay on the island. The house was so well set up! It had everything we needed. I loved the location and it had plenty of room! Pat was so easy to work with! We will be back!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this property. One of the things we loved was that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The owner was easy to work with and we had a wonderful trip.
