Very helpful and friendly staff
No lift to the third floor hard with luggage but a member of staff helped . Lockers in the pool don’t lock .

Great facilities, great location, lots of space and very comfortable
Pillows way too soft. I know this is personal preference but I would have liked a choice.

The location is excellent as are the fitness facilities . The swimming pool is ok . The grounds are nice as was the dog walk . Breakfast was adequate but pricey , there are plenty of healthy options available .
It was a bonus to be able to take our dog . He loved the walk out the back and kept himself busy retrieving loads of tennis balls from the bushes next to the courts .
The room spaces are fairly cramped . The lounge kitchen area is very small and uncomfortable as is the bedroom . The bathroom was adequate . We thought that breakfast should have been included in the price .
