Staff were nice and friendly, shower was good
There was no heating on all night and was freezing. Bed was small and uncomfortable.

The bedrooms were very comfy with everything that we needed for our one night stay.
The kettle didn't fit under the taps so filling it was tricky.

it was clean and the bar had a great atmosphere in the evening, the staff were very accompanying and friendly
the fact that there is no one other than guests on the property overnight gave other guests the right to be up all night, shouting really loudly and then to become aggressive and confrontational when asked to keep down the noise. this completely ruined our stay and was unacceptable to the point we had to leave in the middle of the night to be able to get home to get some sleep. leaving the building without any staff overnight is really not acceptable .

The room was nice and comfy, very much my kind of space. They went through a lot to make sure the room was very neat and comfortable. There was enough tea & coffee sachets to take care of us and the bathroom was well stocked.
The heating in the room was super efficient and the entire neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet even with its proximity to the road.
There's no staff on hand at night if you wanted anything from the bar or kitchen.

the booking.com listing features a picture of a food specials board. this property doesn’t do food at all. it had been the reason we booked here. overheard a staff member moaning i had mentioned it on check in.

room was above the dance floor we traveled with a young family music very loud understandably but we wasn’t informed no breakfast following morning! was told there was a cafe down the road but that turned out to b a burger wagon with a tent attached to it !!

Disappointed that the kitchen wasn’t open.
Really, really busy on a Saturday night so an early night was out of the question as the live band downstairs was extremely loud!

we were not advised that they were not doing food until arrival on location, being a pub/inn, would expect food, however nothing, needed to go and find something local

Large car park.
No food available..so no evening meal or breakfast. This was not advised to me at time of booking. Mattresses in room were awful...springy and lumpy.

Good location for a memorial we were attending. Room was clean and staff were welcoming. The inn has a back door entrance for guest so you don't have to walk through the bar area.
Sadly there was no food being served not sure if this has stopped due to being cost effective.

The staff at the property were so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in went out of her way to make sure we got into the city on time by getting us bus times and routes into the city. The bus stop is right outside the property. She then gave us some Taxi numbers so we could book a cab back.
It looked a little tired when you pulled up outside.

Lady behind bar very helpful.
Soaking wet mattress. Told by owner there was nothing he can do and we weren't happy find another hotel. Not very helpful at 830 on a Saturday night after a few drinks in the hotel pub with two kids in pyjamas ready for bed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay! The shower was great and everything about my stay here was amazing, would definitely stay here again.

Room was lovely, staff very approachable, especially the manager, Denise, who rectified some mistakes on the part of the cleaning company.
Cleanliness of room when we arrived, but this was soon put right. Poor shower pressure.
