Holiday Inn Norwich North by IHG

Loved the children’s free ice or fruit . Children’s play area at breakfast. Dog friendly. Loved the warm pool and hot tub. I’m diabetic and had a low blood sugar. The man at the pool helped me . The lady at the bar read the list of about 15 favourers of ice cream . She was lovely. We had stay for funeral in the area . Would stay again

Fantastic friendly staff, always smiling and very attentive

We had a great time and everything was amazing

We were reluctant to stay so close to the airport, but the planes did not disrupt our sleep. The car park was large. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient. Our clean room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were quite hard but we were too lazy to swap them. The air conditioning was a bonus and the shower was great! We ate dinner in the hotel. The staff were very good and the menu was varied with well priced smaller options. We also had buffet breakfast in the hotel. The food was tasty but could have been warmer. We don’t have allergies but we appreciated the effort that had been made to accommodate dietary restrictions. We didn’t have small children with us, but a huge effort had been made to accommodate them and make their stay enjoyable.
