Convenient check in! My flight arrive way later than expected and for the price i paid, i was able to refresh and use all the facilities and get a nap in before my check out. Friendly staff clean areas

Clean and well maintained. Location useful for public transportation buying small stuff.
Decoration or rather its total absence. It’s like being in a Navy ship.

The place was very easy to find alighting from Hamamatsucho station. The check in process was also very painless. As for the capsules, it was much more spacious than I expected. It's a great choice for people showing up to Tokyo only for a quick work meeting and traveling out immediately.
The only downside is the lack of an independent air conditioning, so on summer months having the curtains closed can make the inside feel airlocked -- though ventilation is certainly quite okay. Showers are clean and well-maintained too.

The Capsule is easy to climb into.
The male locker room is very crampt and on a different level than the sleeping quarters.
