Fairly new Hotel. Room is larger than standard Tokyo Hotels. Modern, simple, bright, super clean. All worked. A few minutes walk from Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent.
Only 1 pillow (each) was provided. 2 each would have been PERFECT. We probably could have asked but didn't bother as we only stayed for a few hours for an early train/ flight.

The room is updated and clean, small but comfortable. The breakfast was very good at close-by restaurant, and I was very happy to find that the hotel supports guests with so many alternatives such as bag weight scale device, water and juices, umbrellas etc.
I didn't find any issues that I could point out.

Hotel is very close (8mins walk) to Hamamatsuchō Station with Sky Train directly to Haneda airport. Breakfast place is 50m from hotel with lovely Continental or Japanese options.
The hotel is next to a highway overpass, and is very noisy at night, so I did not have a good sleep.
Even though I requested and paid for late check out, the front desk asked me to check out on time. The front desk needed to double check before allowing me to have late check out.
