Super Hotel Premier Saitama Higashiguchi

Everyone here was very kind! The property was very clean and well taken care of. and it is perfect distance from train!

The property has many pillows to pick from, and my husband and i tried every single one, and they all hurt our necks lol. but it wasn’t a big deal we were only there 2 nights:) We did wish they had a bit more western options at breakfast, we ended up just eating rice each day. but again just preference:) we were very happy overall!

Lovely staff great food near by and location for transport.

Comfortable and well located hotel. Great breakfast choices. Good shower and lovely toiletries.

All three of us found the pillows quite uncomfortable (one single long one on each double bed, felt like it was filled with beads/buckwheat). We realised in the morning that there were alternative pillows available at reception, woops, wish we'd seen them the night before because we slept poorly because of them unfortunately! It was a shame because otherwise the hotel was very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were small, which was expected, but managed to provide good amenity anyway.

Hotel room is clean and good space.

Spa is VERY small. The water smelled lots of bleach.
