The location is absolutely amazing, really close to R. Augusta, Rossio train station and Baixa-Chiado subway station. The room is quite clean and very spacious. Very convenient and comfortable.

Kitchen tools and facilities can be updated, dishwashing sponges are quite old, washing machine is quite loud.

the cleaning team tried to enter in the apartment 2h before the checkout time, not a good way to finish your stay.

Entry into the property was difficult but the problem was solved by being given keys. I felt it was not suitable to have to rely on a phone signal to access the property and then access the apartment.

I would have never chosen this property if I knew all the troubles it took to check in. Further, the apartment is quite worn out may be due to irresponsible tenants and the lack of maintenance. Though the management team had put up their best efforts to timely repair the windows, but they should have at least inspect the premise thoroughly before handing over to the new customer, especially during this critical moment in the pandemic. Left me with a very unpleasant memory during my time in Lisbon!
