Everything was GREAT!

The big and clean room, the wonderful full sea view, the beach.

The hotel was good, the breakfast was very good, the staff very helpful and nice and the hotel had a lot of facilities (swimming pool, pool table, bar, beach, etc).

The hotel is a 4 star hotel, which probably received the 4 stars way back, probably at the beginning of the 2000s years. At the moment, it's more a 3 star hotel, as the standards of the hotels grew up in the last 20 years. Also when the hotel is crowded or full, it may be difficult to find a parking lot, as the yard isn't that big.

We had a really nice room with sea view. We had a good working fridge and the room were cleaned really good by the staff everyday. The man at reception was really friendly and helpful.The breakfast and dinner were fresh and well prepared and the 'snackbar' at the beachside had good food for a reasonable price. The beach itself isn't so great, but the beds were fine and there's enough space. Theres (free) busses going to other great beaches (banana beach etc). We recommend this place because of the good quality for the price and the friendly staff. Thanks guys for the nice experience in Argassi.

The WiFi is not working optimal all the time. The elevator is a bit old. The Seaview room we had for 10 days was amazing, but we spent a few hours in another room facing the street was super noisy and without fridge.

Air con was switched off and had to be paid for from the 1st September which fell in the middle of our stay

Position of the hotel was stunning right on Argassi beach front. Fantastic snack bar. Very clean rooms and beautiful maintained gardens and pool area. Very good COVID-19 safety measures put in place. Very lovely staff

Breakfast set up was difficult with the safety measures they put in place. Staff done a great job but only 3 staff working really hard to keep everyone served and tables cleared.

Breakfast not nice, wi-fi extremely poor, total chaos during breakfast- people clustering cause crowd waiting and lack of tables - totally contraproductive in view of COVID 19. Room cleaning and trash removal only on request 24hours in advance
