My only issue is that the propertay is not safe for children under 5 or 6. There are a lot of steps and a small child can fall through all of the railings and end up falling 3 flights. Luckily we had a 14 and 17 yr old to help us keep an eye on the 20 mo old. However, I was a nervous wreck.

This was a really neat place to stay while visiting the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The home was really clean and cute, but it had an odd layout with nothing but the entrance on the 1st floor. Be prepared to walk up steps! Parking was also an issue.

We had a great experience. Dan was easy to communicate with and the location of the house was perfect for our stay. We were able to get downtown with ease and hit some of the neighborhood establishments. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck and view.

We enjoyed the house and the area. Dan was very responsive and took care of a minor issue. The only thing missing was a coffee pot and some more cooking pots. The house does have a Keurig. Thanks for your opening your house for us and for your hospitality.

Picked this location as a base for a couple of days of bicycling with friends on the trails around Cincinnati. Worked out perfectly. When we weren’t biking, we had lots of places within walking distance for food and entertainment. Really enjoyed the rooftop!

Unfortunately the smoke alarm went off at 3:30am in our bedroom- every beep Reached out next am ask for help - no response. Owner lives at property- he said well just disconnect-10 Ft ceiling - then yes someone came to remove the detector. Property needs updated-great location

Loved our stay at this house and the views from the roof top deck. This was our first time to Cincinnati and so glad we ended up in the Mount Adams area. Very walkable. Enjoyed the restaurants and park.

Great property great location well equipped. Rooftop deck is wonderful.. Grill was not 100% functionals and the covering over the picnic table outside was broken. We found the sound warnings to be overly intimidating and it made it difficult to fully enjoy the deck. Great place for quiet or older peopl

This was our 2nd stay here and we will return. Location is mere moments from downtown yet is a world away because of the geography of Mt Adams. Unit is super cool and well maintained. Communication with host is always prompt and complete. 5 stars!

We stayed here for a visit to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. This was during COVID times so we were looking for lodging that would be safer than group lodging. This was a wonderful location. Beautiful views. Nice little walk and yard space across the road where the park is. Private parking which I came to learn is super important. Lots more to look at around the area if you have the time. Seems like a very safe area, even at night. Only concern I would put out there would be the stairs. The space is absolutely gorgeous, but has 2 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but difficult for my mother in law and created some concerns for the 3 year old. BUT fear not because the very top level can be an all in one space so the MIL stayed there that way she only had to use the stairs when we left the house which honestly wasn’t much for her. And as for the 3 year old we barricaded the stairs with the stools and chairs so it worked just as well. It was well worth the value and honestly changed my opinion about Cincinnati. I didn’t see it as a ‘big city’ during our stay and this beautiful gem had a great deal to do with that. Will definitely attempt another stay here during our next visit up.

This was a very nice property with a great rooftop that allowed our group to enjoy the neighborhood and view in a unique way. The location was great and allowed access to the rest of Mt. Adams as well as downtown. The bedrooms and living space were very nice and there was plenty of space for our group.

Perfect getaway with a perfect relaxing view

Such a great place for a short weekend get away! We were able to sleep 9 with the two beds, queen pull out, air mattress and small couch. Very nicely decorated and accommodating! The outdoor space rooftop deck is amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place! Dan is very helpful too if you have any questions.
