The location was great, a nice quiet block, the shared laundry facilities were useful and easy to use, and they supplied a Basel card

A view of the Rhine River! Good kitchen supplies. Very quiet at night. One of the best parts was being so close to two trams to simply go anywhere we wanted. Basel passes were a great resource and we didn’t even know about them. Free trams and half price attractions. The Basel pass saved us over 40€ at the zoo alone!
The pillows were not very good and that affected sleeping a little. A small problem tho. Groceries were very expensive in the area, not Skyline’s fault obviously, but was surprising.

The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay.
Collecting the keys was pretty straight forward and there are useful instructions related to WIFI and garbage posted in the kitchen.
WIFI connection can be better.

A little bit small for 4 adults. Only 1 towel per person. Please add hand towels in the bathroom.

View was amazing. The location was quiet but the trams took you anywhere in minutes and were located right outside the apartment.
The instructions said keybox was located outside apartment B when it was actually C which caused a little confusion.

extremely horrible experience. I was there for Bio Europe conference with my colleagues and the owner/management made the big mistake by give my room key to another guests. The guests opened my door while my colleague was in shower and I was in pajamas. So, I sent the complaint message through booking.com. Later, the owner called the police to kick us out at 11pm. It happened on Monday and they didn't even refund the rest of my money.
The answer of the property owner is non-sense. There's no reason to disturb other guests if the owner gave them the right garbage container key and they didn't open our room with the wrong key. It's all about being logical instead of abusing innocent guests and making lies.

It’s conveniently located near two tram-lines and is new and is a good size studio with sliding divider for the sleep area.
The electricals don’t work yet. There is no separate light switch for the bed reading lights and the ceiling light, and the switch is in the living room, so if you plan to go to bed after dark - bring a flashlight… No iron, no ironing board, no washing machine in the studio (but there are signs there is a shared laundry facility somewhere)

The apartment is brand new and has a great view.
The second bed was actually a sofa.
The apartment put a deposit of CHF 200 on my credit card, which is annoying in itself, but then they also returned only CHF 184. I didn't have time to investigate the reasons for this and frankly it is not worth it but just want to warn future traveller about this.

Excellent modern appartment with open terasses where you can smoke and watch around.
Quite complicated to find a legal parking slot around. Could be good if there are some reserved parking nearby.

Fairly good location and relatively comfortable rooms. Furnishing seemed ok and modern. nice balcony even though it snowed. Good heating system in the rooms.
Dust in many places in particular around the extractor fan in bathroom, yuk. Communication not the best and somewhat rude staff if you call them on the phone. Missing hand towels. Had to silence the guest in No.2 at 0315am because sounds travels through the thin walls and they were talking extremely loud.

Location, public transport just in front of bulding, very well equipped. Good size for a 4 member family, we enjoyed the huge terrace. To be honest it is a super nice appartment and just little detail in our case.
No sheets for the cradle (baby bed) available. Not enough body washer in the shower. Appartment was too hot, no way to influence heating inside. Mattresses are really low quality, back pain next day.

the view and the balcony was very nice
i asked for a second key , because I was with my partner and they said it’s not possible. so we had to wait every day a lot of time till the other could get home . or we could not leave the house without the other .
the toilet paper was also very very poor quality. i know toilet paper it’s expensive in Switzerland, but …..
if you want to cook , there’s no Brett to cut the vegetables or so

Very nice apartment, close to the center of the city and the congress center either by walk or by tram (included in the baselcard the host provided us). We also had a really nice balcony and enough kitchen utensils for our stay.

It was a nice and spacious apartment.
You should add an iron and check the sharpness of the knives. Also additional information about water (drink water from the tap or only from the bottle)

Large apartment, beautiful terrace, equipped kitchen, suitable for a family.
Not close to the center, but tram nearby. No curtains, the blinds are insufficient to block out the sunlight in the morning. The host is difficult to reach on the phone and cannot be of any help to you in case of specific request or problem encountered in the apartment.

The location was near my client, as well as the main tram lines. the outside balcony is amazing--a great space to relax in the evenings.
It was hot and there is no air conditioning (but I understood that prior to arriving)--without it though the place was very warm. But, my unit was a corner and have three doors to the outdoor balcony when was awesome. There aren't great many restaurants nearby--although Da Pia (Italian) is incredible lunch and dinner. There is also a grocery story in the same block.

The location was awesome. We had a great view from the penthouse, and we had the pleasure of viewing the fireworks on the National Holiday from our terrace. We enjoyed starting and ending our days on the outdoor terrace, The bus/tram station is just across the street and there are grocery stores in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.
The hosts were less than helpful to understand the parking situation. All we needed was to be told to look for a bus/tram ticket machine to purchase our parking permit, but when we specifically messaged the host after getting a parking violation, about how to deal with the parking, I was told "We cannot arrange parking for your vehicle at our property. Public parking is the surrounding area." This did not explain where to find the parking machines. We wandered the streets until we found one several blocks away. Later, once we knew what we were looking for we discovered one in the bus shelter across the street. I would highly recommend that you use only public transportation if possible in Basel, it works great. We had a rental car for the first few days so we could travel to areas that trains do not go. The final four days with out a car were fantastic!

The apartment location, key collection process and quick response from the property is all good.
The apartment is really small for the price, it is unnecessarily over price and too small to pay so much even in the peak season. Also, there is no basic cleaning equipment in the apartment and the hotel contact asked me to pay extra 40 CHF for housekeeping if I need which should not be the hotel price for one night given the size of the apartment.
