Welcoming, friendly helpful staff, recently renovated.

This was a great property to stay at. People with mobility issues need to be aware of the hill if planning on walking into town and back.

We liked the ground floor lay out with the bar The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was good . Staff were very nice and location was quite good!

Just very small things - No opening windows in the bedroom - the waitress at breakfast time just kept wiping all the food off the tables onto the floor . There’s a menu for bar snax but it wasn’t available during the day or afternoon and neither was the lunch menu when we were there.

Great location, good buffet breakfast and a comfy bed

You had to pay extra for your barista coffee in the morning which wasn’t included with the breakfast

Our hostess for breakfast Shaila was lovely - most staff were very pleasant including the housekeeping staff

Unfortunately our air-conditioning was not working properly so the room was very hot. When we advised reception, we felt as though our complaint was not trusted, as they kept asking whether we had tried different options on the panel. This was at 10.20pm at night and they then asked whether we could wait for a maintenance guy and at this point we asked if we could change rooms? We were then told it was fully booked so the best we could do was have some pedestal fans. The next day someone had attended to the room in the afternoon to repair however it was still not working to its capacity.
