The beds, the views, the size of the rooms.
The ensuite wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Hair in the shower.

Within walking distance of town, if you don’t might walking with the traffic noise.
Rooms a little tied, also needs a Deep clean. Dirt on back of toilet, floor corners, cuts in lounge suite which were old but we were told the people before us were responsible.

The location is excellent with amazing views.
A half-hour walk to the city that is more uphill on the return journey. But you need to get used to hills in Queenstown. Especially if you want the views.
I can't criticise this venue. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. Good heating, wifi, and facilities.
If I had to be critical, I'd say the furnishings were a little tired, but they were clean and functional. I understand that not everything can be the latest look.

The views and the location are amazing
Stayed for 10 days and we were told that our room gets serviced once a week, never serviced at all!!! Had to ring and ask for new towels after 8 days of being here. The room was dirty and had a strange smell when we first arrived, discovered a baby’s bottle under the couch with milk still in it, we found it about 3 days into our stay, the rooms aren’t very clean.
