It was such a nice get away for our anniversary. Place was immaculate, cozy, and came with everything anyone could possibly need. Loved the view of ocean and pool. Check in was a little frustrating as they are sticklers about 3:00, but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim and Hildy's condo right on the beach! The condo: It was so clean and nicely decorated in beach decor to remind you that you were at the beach. They take COVID-19 very seriously and take precautions needed to keep you safe. Everything was provided that you would ever need to enjoy the beach - 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and beach towels. The kitchen is updated and has all of the utensils you need to prepare and eat meals. There is also coffee and tea and some individual packets of condiments for you to use. The patio overlooks the pool and has an ocean view. A must to watch the sunset on the patio! It also has a grill for your use. TVs in the bedroom and living room had cable + Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Not that you will spend a lot of time watching TV when you are at the beach! The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a fold up bed in the closet and I believe the couch also pulled out to a bed so plenty of room for kids and adults. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers so no need to lug your stuff with you! To top it all off, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. We were so surprised and impressed!! So many special touches that they include to make your stay memorable and comfortable!North Coast Village Condo property: The property is very tropical feeling and even has a coy fish pond where you can feed the fish and ducks. You have an assigned parking spot in the garage so no need to hunt for street parking here. The location is right on the beach so just a few steps and you will be relaxing by the ocean! Unfortunately, due to COVID, the spa were closed while we were here and you have to "reserve" a spot to use the pool. Easy to reserve a time as long as you can plan ahead for when you want to enjoy the pool. That didn't take away from our trip at all but something to know in case that is important to you. With the ocean steps away, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything because we would rather be on the beach. Location: The condo is located on the north end of Oceanside, very close to Oceanside Harbor Village where there are many restaurants and shops to enjoy. We walked there everyday to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maybe a 10 minute walk but very easy to get to from the condo. Eating at Harbor Fish & Chips is a must if you looking for amazing fish and chips. Huge pieces of fresh fish cooked perfectly.
