Location was good

This apartment is infested with roaches, and the management not only does not disclose this as a problem and a health issue, they pretend that roaches come from outside and they dont live inside. They dont realize that this pest goes to your clothing and belongings. We stayed there for 9 days, and when we saw roach in our 6th day , they offered 20% discount for just one night.. I believe future tenants should know about the situation at this place and hope that the management realizes the frustration and discomfort of their tenants and the health implications and other financial losses that tenants will have to check and control to make sure they are not taking roach and pest in their luggage.

A few too many texts. I didn't watch TV or spend much time in the apartment but when I watched 1 YouTube video, I got a text that the neighbors complained

Not much, the location is relatively close to the beach and parking was right in front of the building

Location was good but the map on the website was deceptive it looks like it is on the inter-coastal waters but it's not

I loved the location, the pool, the apartment was really nice.

the couch was not as comfortable to sleep in

Had several problem right off the bat that should have been fixed. First we were missing our tv remote in the bedroom. We called the staff that night who told us they were brining us a new tv remote. Never got it the whole week. Second the bed was a complete hazard as it had collapsed while we were sleeping on it. The legs of the bed were completely bent. I called the company and complained that we believed we might get hurt if the bed breaks. They sent a maintenance man who came into the apartment and said “oh you definitely need a new bed”. I asked what he could do for us and he didn’t answer and walked out the room. That was the last we saw of any worker that week and the bed was never fixed. Not to mention how incredibly uncomfortable the bed was to begin with, not we had to be careful to make sure we weren’t gonna get hurt. If you are staying at this apartment be ready to buy some basic kitchen necessities as well.
