Está bien ubicado y es cómodo para una familia o un grupo de amigos pequeño.

El check in es a partir de las 16h00 y el check out hasta las 11h00. Es muy temprano; además, al hacer la reserva había preguntado al respecto y me confirmaron que podría hacerla más tarde gratis; sin embargo, el día previo a la reserva me escribieron a decir que solo sería posible bajo un cargo del 50% del valor de un día adicional. Inaceptable.

La propreté! voyageant avec un enfant, J’ai dû passer la serpillère trois fois d’affilée pour récupérer un sol propre, impossible pour lui de jouer par terre. Impossible de marcher pieds nus, nos chaussettes étaient dans un état en moins d’une heure . La salle de bain mérite une rénovation complète, baignoire tachée , paroi branlante que la maintenance a dû réparer , le carrelage au niveau de la baignoire sales. En cuisine pareil, haut dessus du frigo sale, du ketchup au sol dans la cuisine à notre arrivée, un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas! sommier taché. Wifi beaucoup trop faible! Les poubelles n’ont pas été sorti du local de tout notre séjour (10jours) , elles débordaient. Vraiment dommage.

Apartamento no segundo andar com uma escada íngreme (um pouco difícil para idosos). O apartamento tinha tudo para ser ótimo, mas, a limpeza e manutenção geral estavam realmente ruins. Poucos utensílios de cozinha (poucos para o básico). O sofá cama com defeito para voltar à posição fechada, exaustor do banheiro sem funcionar (pedi manutenção e não consertaram), panelas, talheres(os poucos), pratos sujos e o exaustor sobre o fogão pingando óleo.... falta quem administra passar lá para observar de vez em quando.

We loved everything. The whole apartment is nice, the location is excellent, it was quiet at nights. The host could be reached at any time regarding any matter, and they always helped with everything!

There was a small issue with the shower, but they fixed it for us immediately as soon as we informed them.
