The hotel carries a molded odor. My room had an unwrapped soap at check in. I had hair in the sink. Sheets was not clean and looked dingy. I asked to change my room several times and their excuse was they were over booked. It was one nice staff that tried to help out but housekeeping failed to deliver. I totally forgot his name but he was a gem. This hotel has a alot of potential but they need a new cleaning staff and new carpets.

On the second night of my stay there was some concert going on in one of the hangers at Ft. Lauderale Executive Airport directy behind the property and where I was staying. You could here the boom, boom, boom of the racquet / noise going on where I was staying in the back. I called the police several times with NO response. I finally asked the front desk to put me in another room in front some I could have some peace and quiet. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The hotel was located within 20 minutes of my destination, it was clean and the beds comfortable.

The hotel charged me when I paid via Priceline. When asked to refund the money, they refunded the discounted Priceline rate instead of what they charged.😡

There is no way someone must pay to stay at a hotel and have to pay for parking also, I’m a senior citizen with disabilities, and must pay to park, when this was not told to me prior to or while making my reservation

First of all, there is a bugs in the room and the bedroom way too short for a queen bed, and you charge for parking, and I am a Marriott rewards member, and have never paid for that .. definitely not up to your normal standard

The hotel lacks proper security and surveillance. There appears to only be cameras as you enter through the front door. However, there is a side door that leads to a staircase which can access all floors. My family and I were made to feel extremely unsafe. There were constant banging on our room door at late hours of the night and running away. They were also found recording my husband as he went to report the matter.

The floors are dirty, trash was left behind from previous customers, the building smells, and the facility is not what I'm used to seeing at a Marriott hotel. I was very disappointed. Also, I spotted a cockroach behind our bathroom toilet🤮
