The cash buffet was very good. The food was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The shower temper control came off in my hand the first day and I was able to fix it.

I found the hotel’s signature scent didn’t agree with me but I react to a lot of scents so I just spent as little time as possible in the lobby

Pool

NO pool side service or pool side bar. NO BLENDED drinks! The restaurant was closed during the day. Limited menu with same choices throughout week. It was spring break why wasn’t there full service food. We had to Door Dash.

Jayla at the front desk was very welcoming. Smiling from the time we entered the building.

The room only had one wash cloth usually there is two.

I changed rooms because my original room smelled and the carpet was filthy. I was moved to a room that was better but the carpet was still pretty bad. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need carpets replaced and the sofa in our second room was also in bad shape.

Goed ontbijt en diner in restaurant in het hotel. Ruime kamers. Zwembad bij het hotel.

Onze kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf van 2 nachten, terwijl dit wel de bedoeling was. Toen we dit meldden bij de receptie omdat we handdoeken nodig hadden, haalden de 3 receptionistes (die overigens niets aan het doen waren) hun schouders op en zeiden dat ze daar niets aan konden doen. Na flink aandringen kregen we toch handdoeken. Ook is er iemand in onze kamer geweest toen we beneden waren eten. De deur stond open toen we terug kwamen. Wij hebben de deur zeker goed afgesloten, checken dit altijd 2 keer. Er was niets weg, want alles zat in onze koffers die op slot zaten. Toch gemeld bij de receptie. Ze zeiden dat ze het zouden nakijken en aan ons terug zouden koppelen, maar we hebben niets meer gehoord.

Laying pool side for most of the day was nice. It was quiet and comfortable. Pool was clean. The bed in the room was comfortable with nice soft sheets

The public bathrooms in the main lobby and pool side are poorly attended too Our room has things fall off or apart such as lights, shower knob for the hot and cold, weird black spots on the ceiling.

location is good, free parking a plus.

Hotel hallways and rooms are dated.Needs a lot of upgrade to be called Westin. Breakfast OK .

THEY DID HAVE A ROOM EVEN THOUGH I HAD TWO CONFIRMATIONS FROM THEM. Reception were Indifferent and even when I told them I had been dropped off and was 80 years of age age

Location was great. Lounge area and bar were solid. Check in was seem,was.

Elevators were down over the weekend causing major problems and delays for all guests. Huge Stan in carpeting on floor in the room makes me wonder how well the room is maintained.

Vétusté (déco chambres et hall, clous dépassant du sauna, 2 ascenseurs en panne sur 3 le 1er jour, paume de douche), autoroute bruyante à côté (espace jacuzzi pas vraiment relaxant...), service minimum à l'accueil : réveillé les 2 nuits à 1h du matin par la TV qui s'allume toute seule malgré le signalement ! Il faut demander pour faire la chambre à présent...

They had a nice pool

Restaurant was not open and the only location for food was the lobby, it seems they were understaffed as there was only one person attending the lobby bar, the food at breakfast had no variety, Starbucks only open for a few hours in the morning, staff at check in was not the nicest- could have a better approach, gym access only from outside and general maintenance was very poor.

Spacious bedroom, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant staff.

The hotel lobby area and other facilities were limited and tired looking. I think some renovations may have been underway but no real information shared. Coffee shop hours were very short.

1st room dilapidated, dirty, should be gutted. 2nd room liveable for one night. Hotel Deception at its finest. Lobby, Pool area, updated. The rooms, carpeting, filthy. Does not meet Marriot or Westin Standards.

My stay at the Westin was fabulous! The hotel is impeccable, I loved the pool, the room, the very comfortable bed, it rests very well. Fully recommended breakfast. The attention of the staff at the Westin Hotels & Resorts is very good. I will be back!

Location was close to the Executive airport. The staff was friendly.

The restaurant was closed. I chose this hotel so we could have a pleasant dinner there. All advertisements said they had a restaurant. So we had mediocre bar food. Also, the sofa in our room was old , tattered and dirty. Not clean to sit on. The rug was very, very old and dirty, too. These items need to be replaced ! Had nothing to do with housekeeping.
