Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, clean and good size for a family. Very central, next to metro, shops and restaurants. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Since it was so central, it can get a bit noisy in the night. Microwave/oven a bit complicated to use.

Beautiful spacious apartment with lots of light. Great condition and location, right next to Baixa-Chaido metro station.

No A/C so it got a little warm. Two well placed fans helped. Electric grid tripped but thanks to instructions, we were able to resolve. Also very noisy , but that’s common in the area. Bring earplugs in case you are sensitive to noise.

The location was perfect! And the coffee shop opposite the metro station on the corner serves great coffee and fresh baked goodies

NO AIR CONDITIONING, rather small bed and pillows were not comfortable

Really central position, just a few minutes walking from main attractions. Big apartment, 2 toilets (1 big, 1 small). Spacious wardrobe. Sockets near bed.

Couldn't open building main door with the code, code was correct but there was a malfunction with door lock. Water didn't drain well in the toilets (especially in the small one). No coat or towels hangers on the walls. Sofa bed not much space for 2 adults. Shower gel kit not enough for the whole stay.

The apparment is perfect, full equipped, the location is awesome, I highly recommend it.
