It had a beautiful outside garden to take pictures, the balcony had a great sight and the room had an alcohol gel bottle. The TV was big and offered local provider cable although the TV was not smart. The concierge offered to us nearby restaurants and their contacts for delivery, plus some advice regarding the transportation to the downtown.

Even before our arrival, the Booking address was wrong and lead us to nowhere (thankfully, locals gave us the right directions) plus there was zero contact from the hotel before. There were multiple areas temporarily blocked that had not been communicated to us before the arrival (playground, kitchenette, and a small garden), the windows coulds not be locked, it wasn't a king size bed but two small beds covered by a single sheet and you could clearly feel the gap between them, the wifi connection was not good and unstable, the bathroom faucet was not easy to close and the hot water would come really dirty (see picture attached), the bathroom tub drain plug was missing and the concierge could not facilitate one to us despite most of the other rooms seemed available, plus the towel handle was broken (they used a plastic bag inside to make it fit) and it almost lead to an accident.

Everything, location, silence, facilities. Staff is great.
