Great location within 10 minute walk of Akabane Station on the JR Lines

L'emplacement à 15 min de la gare à pied. Calme et tranquille. Le wifi gratuit, le réfrigérateur, les espaces de rangement, le lit confortable, un grand évier et la grande télévision furent un plus agréable.

La machine à laver vétuste, la saleté sur le balcon, les tâches de moisissure sur le rideau de douche et les parois de la salle de bain, la saleté de la hôte. Le manque de change de literie et de serviette de toilette pour un long séjour.

Convenience store and laundry nearby. Host was very communicative and kind. The neighborhood is nice and safe, mostly schools and workers. Close to the Akabane exit towards the apartment there are some really nice restaurants, which were very convenient for having dinner before coming back to the apartment.

Unfortunately, despite the apartment itself being in good condition, it was extremely dirty and the furniture and bedsheets were old and smelly. I tried turning on the air conditioner, but it immediately blasted a cloud of dust, so had to turn it off, and spend the rest of my stay without it, which was incredibly uncomfortable. With some furniture upgrades and proper cleaning, the apartment would definitely be a good stay, so I hope my feedback will help the host address these issues. Also worth noting that it is a bit of a walk from the nearest station to the apartment, so even though I found the walks pleasant, it may not be adequate for those with limited mobility or very heavy luggage.

It's was a pleasure to be there. I had everything in a distance of 2 km. You can go to the river site to do sport. And if I had any questions the kamiy team answers very quickly. So I'm looking forward for next time

A bit far to the station

It was really clean and in perfect conditions, with all the important information detailed in a carpet with instructions so I had no problem.

The location was not that convenient for q tourist.

I think the trash can, there is no for Nama gomi
