The arrangment to meet Rosa went very well. She showed us around the property and made us feel so welcome. She explained where everything was, and how to check out when the time came to leave.

As mentioned by other reviewers the stairs don't make it easy to get into with big suitcases bit it's worth the effort. It's an ancient building so it's understandable. Just be prepared for it

We spent such a great time in this apartment, especially on the blacony from which you can see the sea and charming buildings of old Menton.

Great location and space, excellent apartment for holiday stay. We were 3 adults. The terrace was amazing and for the hobby cooks the market with fresh meat, fish, produce is just a walk away. The views were amazing, really relaxing! Highly recommend! We will definitely go back. The process to get into the apartment and check out was very easy and the communication with the property manager was easy and seamless. It was a great stay, I can only praise!

Not a dislike, but only to comment the stairs are unusually steep outside the apartment and inside they are a bit narrow for going to the 2nd floor. Which was not a big thing for us, we had no problem. Only a note for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs to consider.
