Modern finishes, very clean, and everything was as represented in the advert.

TV remote needed replacing, it was done the very next morning after checking in, very good service with smile.

- Extremely bad reception from the handlers of the unit.it was as if us(guests) are purely occupying this unit as noisy/unruly people. - comms etiquette/customer interaction could be improved. - the failure to have inventory check list upon check in..This leads to a very unprofessional finger pointing when things ain't working..Super bad reputation. - the breakage deposit gets paid to personal account as opposite to the rental amount is way unusual and can easily leave to a lot of questions like in out case - place can be easily recommended to our friends and other but an introspection into the way its managed is a def no no... The estate is nice and classy

There was no water, TV was not working, no WiFi and the house was dirty with uncomfortable smell

If guests could be given a list of items on check-in and check-out. Batteries for remotes were all flat only worked on check-in day and following morning were flat

The house is very warm and accommodating. The place it's self was outstanding. Security was exceptional.
