The hotel has a great service, the apartment is bright and super clean with a very good view (corner apartment). The furniture are new and in Scandinavian style. Very quiet at night is a plus. The room charge includes a free-massage which is excellent. Nothing to complain, except the location is a bit challenging while google map does not work correctly here.

Location is not easy to find out.

I suggest language classes for associates as there communication skills need to improve a bit. overall maintenance & cleaning can be better

Rooms are clean and comfortable, central ac. Pool is wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet wasn't served so we had to order from 4 combo choices. Couldn't pick what we liked, and could only order 1 portion, even though the value of buffet is included in price and was one of the reasons we had picked park regis.

The breakfast is very delicious..all the food is good and hearty

We were greeted by Hong our duty manager who I must say was fantastic , the site, service , rooms and facilities were OUTSTANDING!
