Good location, room and view were good. Street noise not too bad and air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast buffet had very little to offer for westerners. No bacon, no croissants. Juice is watered down. General quality of food was poor. For a hotel of this size it is expected.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English, and there was a really nice waiter at the breakfast restaurant who stood out with his genuine smile and efficient service. The location is fantastic—just a short, direct walk to the beach and very close to a shopping centre, shops, and places to eat. Our room was up on Level 17, so it was nice and quiet with no street noise disturbance at all. East or west, home is best... unless this hotel has a vacancy for next week? 😃

Breakfast is a bit chaotic and I would say the buffet options apart from the fruit I avoided as it wasn’t good quality. Staff scrape dirty plates into bins beside table when you are eating- put me off my food. Buffet area is not clean and floors are filthy and sticky. Cooked eggs are good. Staff at breakfast are nice, but at main desk very strange atmosphere and not very friendly except for the new girl who has just started. Sauna is only open for 2hours a day and it shuts off automatically which is a safety concern. No staff in the area so if you want it turned on/ towels/ use shower you have to ring them up at reception. First day they didn’t come up and second time not great service. Cleaning standard in rooms to be improved. As a summary I would choose a different hotel next time.
