RH-Appartements 15 Minuten von Basel im Dorf Rührberg

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, nette Mitarbeiter, großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Badezimmer und gutem Restaurant. Dazu sehr hundefreundlich. 🙂

The location was very convenient, with easy access and parking available. The area was also very quiet, peaceful, and had fresh, clean air, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly prepared for our arrival, despite us informing the property in advance that three guests were coming and sharing our arrival time. The fridge was switched off, the coffee machine was not working properly, and there was only one small bottle of water for three guests, two tea bags, and no coffee capsules. There were also no toiletries at all, despite them being mentioned in the listing, not even hand soap in the bathroom. The bed linen was polyester and felt very low quality, which made the stay less comfortable. Both beds were uncomfortable and very noisy. We were also not provided with Wi-Fi access. The apartment itself looks noticeably different and less appealing than in the listing photos. We contacted the property and submitted feedback, but our messages were not answered. As we were attending an event, we were leaving before the staff arrived and returning after they had left, so messaging was really our only way to communicate with them, but unfortunately, messages were ignored. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of preparation, missing amenities, poor communication, and difference between the listing photos and reality made the stay disappointing.
